TrekNews.net has confirmed that Star Trek: Enterprise will be released on Blu-ray in 2013. Beginning with the first season, the current plan is for all four seasons of Enterprise to be released alongside the current roll out of Star Trek: The Next Generation in the hi-def format.
Following a tweet from former Star Trek writer/producer, Mike Sussman, enthusiasm was ignited for the project.
Last week, Sussman tweeted:

The jump to a Blu-ray release for Enterprise is much easier than The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine and Voyager, as it was originally shot in HD with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
