Patrick Stewart Returning To TV In Seth McFarlane’s ‘Blunt Talk’

Full TNG Cast Reunion Confirmed For 'Destination Star Trek 3'

Patrick Stewart is set to return to TV in the Seth McFarlane live-action comedy Blunt Talk.

According to Variety, Starz has given a two-season, 20-episode order of the series, that will star Stewart and be written by Bored To Death‘s Jonathan Ames.

“In the character of Walter Blunt, Seth, Jonathan and Patrick have found the alchemy that makes a borderline alcoholic, mad-genius-Brit the man you want fighting in America’s corner,” Starz CEO Chris Albrecht said. “Seth and Jonathan have struck the right balance between biting wit and outright absurdity in building this world, and we cannot wait for Patrick to breathe life into Walter.”

Blunt Talk is set to debut in 2015.
