Star Trek’s original Captain James T. Kirk, William Shatner, is headed to Dubai for the Middle East Film & Comic Con (MEFCC) later this spring.
The three day event, celebrating pop-culture, comics, film and television, will take place from April 9-11 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
In addition to Shatner, other guests include Karl Urban (Star Trek, Judge Dredd), Sam J. Jones (Flash Gordon) and a musical performance by alternative rock band Thirty Seconds to Mars, fronted by Oscar-winning actor Jared Leto.
Tickets for MEFCC will be available at Virgin Megastores and mefcc.com for AED100.
