The first-ever Star Trek Mission: New York convention took place this past weekend at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City. More than forty years after the first convention took place in the Big Apple, CBS and Mission New York organizers ReedPOP celebrated the 50th anniversary of the Star Trek franchise with one of the largest franchise-specific events in history.

Celebrity guests included William Shatner, Walter Koenig, Kate Mulgrew, Jonathan Frakes, Michael Dorn, Marina Sirtis, Gates McFadden, LeVar Burton, John de Lancie, John Billingsley, Connor Trinneer, Dominic Keating, Armin Shimerman, Anthony Montgomery, Bruce Greenwood, Peter Weller, Cirroc Lofton, Adam Nimoy, Nana Visitor, Rene Auberjonois, Robert Duncan McNeill, Robert Picardo, Roxann Dawson, Terry Farrell, Denise Crosby, along with Star Trek: Discovery writers Nicholas Meyer and Kirsten Beyer.

TrekNews.net was on hand throughout the massive three-day event live-tweeting and capturing tons of photos from the panels and show floor. Check out our Mission: New York photo gallery below.
