Star Trek II – The Director’s Cut Blu-ray Recall Information

Less than a week after the release of Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan – The Director’s Cut on Blu-ray, a glitch has been identified and Paramount is getting ahead of the issue and offering a replacement for discs included in the recall.

Some eagle-eyed viewers first noticed the issue during the scene with Sulu at the helm during the Kobayashi Maru training simulation where a shot is repeated.

Fans who purchased the Blu-ray can easily identify if their disc is affected by looking at the UPC on the back of the packaging. If you have a white barcode, you’re eligible for a replacement. If your barcode is yellow, you’re all set.

Replacement instructions:

Fans who would like a replacement should contact our customer service department at wrathofkhanreturns@tce.com or toll free at 844-898-4365.
