Leaked Photos from the Set of Star Trek Sequel

SPOILER WARNING

On Friday, MTV posted a few unofficial photos from the set of the Star Trek sequel, which began filming in January.

The first photo shows Zachary Quinto as Spock giving Benedict Cumberbatch the Vulcan “nerve pinch” while standing on what’s described as a “space barge” set.

It should be noted that Cumberpatch’s shirt has a starfleet logo.

The second photo features Zoe Saldana as Uhura, holding a phaser as she approaches Cumberbatch’s character.

Now I can see why Abrams is pissed; all that hard work of making the movie and getting ready to release details about it, or to just release that trailer, and then these assholes leak the pictures anyway. This isn’t Julian Assange leaking what the world needed to know about the Iraq War (which was, and is, more important than news of the new Star Trek movie): this is just a bunch of morons spoiling a major movie for everybody that didn’t need to be spoiled. Way to go, whoever the frack you are, for doing this.
