First Contact Day

From all of us here at TrekNews.net, we’d like to wish you a great First Contact Day.

Today, in the Star Trek universe, we honor the future flight of Dr. Zefram Cochrane, who will break the warp barrier on April 5, 2063. That achievement will prompt the Vulcans to make first contact with the human race.

     The new timeline should branch off *after* these events, so I don’t think First Contact Day should be changed… but one never knows. 🙂
