Phoenix Comicon Kicks Off with a Loaded Star Trek Lineup: William Shatner, Brent Spiner, Wil Wheaton & More

Phoenix Comicon 2012 Preview

The 2012 Phoenix Comicon kicked off on Thursday at the Phoenix Convention Center and Hyatt Regency.

As in previous years, the guest list for Phoenix Comicon, which runs through Sunday, May 27th, is packed with Star Trek celebrities. This years lineup includes William Shatner, LeVar Burton, Brent Spiner, Marina Sirtis, Wil Wheaton and Michael Dorn. Hugo Award-winning screenwriter will present “Journey to the Inner Light.” TrekMovie’s Anthony Pascale will present a “Star Trek Universe Update,” “Star Trek 101” and “Star Trek Lives!” Star Trek historian, author and Con of Wrath producer Larry Nemecek will also be on hand to present his “State of Star Trek” and “Trekland: Between the Crack” discussions.

Other non-Trek guests include Battlestar Galactica‘s Jamie Bamber, The Walking Dead‘s Jon Bernthal, Star Wars‘ Jeremy Bulloch, and Dina Meyer from Starship Troopers.

Single day passes will be available at the door and are $30 for Friday and Saturday and $20 for Sunday.
