Even at 83, William Shatner hasn’t slowed down a bit. On the heels of 2011’s The Captains and 2012’s Get A Life, Shatner is back in the director’s chair with his next documentary release which examines the birth and making of Star Trek: The Next Generation.
According to details, provided to us by The Movie Network, the film entitled Chaos On the Bridge “takes an intimate look at the recreation of an iconic television series, through the eyes of the writers, producers, actors, and executives who were involved,” describing it as “a tale of power struggles, ego clashes, and most importantly, the legacy of the man behind the legend: Gene Roddenberry.”
Directed by Shatner, Chaos On the Bridge is set to premiere on HBO Canada on Monday, August 25th.
