We’ve got our first look at the track listing for composer Michael Giacchino’s STAR TREK BEYOND soundtrack. The soundtrack which has been available for pre-order on Amazon for a few weeks, just received the finalized track titles. Scroll down to check those out.
As usual with soundtrack titles, there may be some clues to what happens in the film, due in theaters on July 22, itself. So take this as your spoiler warning.
Distributed by Varese Sarabande, the 18-track score is set to be released on CD and in digital format on June 29. You can pre-order now on Amazon.

Giacchino talks about scoring the upcoming STAR TREK (2009) shows at the Hollywood Bowl on July 8 and 9, in the video below.

Payne and Patrick McCay, Star Trek Beyond stars Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Simon Pegg, Karl Urban, Zoe Saldana, John Cho, Anton Yelchin, Idris Elba and Sofia Boutella. The film is scheduled to hit theaters on July 22 after premiering during San Diego Comic-Con on July 20.

I think the Yorktown is a huge Space Station. I think the Farragut (sp?) Is the nx look alike

It’s Yorktown Station and the NX-looking ship is the Franklin, hence “Franklin, My Dear”.

I think you’re right about the Yorktown. It was the name of a few TOS/TNG era ships — I just assumed that carried over to the new movies.
