Scene with Kirk and McCoy at the bar. Would love to see more scenes of everyday life on the Enterprise. Still haven’t seen the inside of anyone’s private quarters.

My favorite scene from Beyond is Kirk’s ‘diplomatic’ mission at the start of the film. I loved every second of it, Chris Pine absolutely nailed it. And when he gets back to the Enterprise with the ripped shirt, a snarky Bones and little Teenaxi on the run? It was perfect.

Jim and Bones swaggering into the party, dressed liked 21st century gods. (Karl Urban, how dare you be so gorgeous?!)

Fav Scene: The scene were Idris Elba’s “Krall” sees his reflection in the shattered glass during the final confrontation with Kirk. Seeing what he has become, the antithesis of what he originally stood for, causes him to ‘reflect’ on exactly what he is trying to accomplish: kill millions of souls. You almost get a sense of regret and shame, but also an understanding that so much war/conflict has caused his persona so change into the villain known as ‘Krall’.

Young Spock opening up Elder Spock’s bridge crew photograph will always be burned into my mind. I was at the San Diego premiere, and I’d never heard an such a large collection of people go “Awww” at the same time. It was such a beautiful moment.

As silly as it sounds… the entire “captain’s log” monologue scene. It really defines all things Trek, the one thing all incarnations have in common and I love it

Spock finding the photo of the original Enterprise crew. Nostalgia, yes, but good nostalgia. Sometimes I forget that these movies are based on the old crew, so it was a fun reminder.

Using the Beastie Boys sabotage song to take down all of Krall’s ships! and spock and bones interacting during the scene. Hilarious and awesome scene!

Have to agree with many here that seeing Spock go through elder Spock’s belongings and come across original crew photo was pretty moving. Was also nice to see the dedication to Leonard and Anton in end credits, sad they won’t be able to contribute to more in the future

I loved the entire movie but I believe it ended on the highest of notes when Kirk, Spock and Bones realize they are a family, that the Enterprise is their home and that their mission of exploration was well worth the effort. That is the essence of Star Trek.

Love all the scenes showing the Enterprise. Especially close up shots to show the level of detail of the gorgeous ship.
